I was delighted with the ease of ordering online AND service. While trying to deliver the arrangement, the delivery person called me to say she wasn't sure where the apartment was. I talked her through where the unit was, and she found the home and delivered the plant. My niece sent a photograph, and I was surprised that the florist added some fresh cut flowers to the plant making it look so beautiful. VERY, VERY happy with this transaction.
