CAROUSEL of FLOWERS did an awesome job taking my order and having it delivered to the restaurant prior to my granddaughters' surprise birthday all within 4 hours from the time I put in the order. The Sweet Hydrangea arrangement was so my granddaughters' favorite and very well done. I will continue using their services as I have family now up in Escondido area.
