Last V-Day was good, but this year not so much. Some of the flowers barely lasted a couple days, and even with a driver tip payed in advance, the delivery was much later in the day than expected. Not sure if I'll order from here next year. Update. They made it right by delivering a really nice replacement arrangement as soon as they saw my review. Now I will use them again next year, and maybe before.

The arrangement I ordered arrived on time, with care and looking exactly as pictured. Carousel Flowers did an excellent job and is my go to when ordering flowers for the special people in my life. I highly recommend them!
