2 September 2026I just want to leave a shout out for Alexa for the service the provided in respect of my order. I was sending to a person who was in hospital. They could not deliver my order as the person was in the ICU where they dont allow flowers. They said they would try again and di but still unable to deliver but offered to keep phoning to find out if the patient had moved. She did eventually move to a skilled nursing facility. Alexa then helped me find florists near the facility and gave me the phone numbers. I was blown away. And I should have a refund of my original order within a couple of days. Such service was a real breath of fresh air in the current climate. Thank you Alexa. Mary
